Delete your Flappy AI account

From the App

Open Settings → Account & cloud save → Delete account & cloud data. This works for guest and linked accounts. Linked accounts may require you to sign in again. After the server accepts your request, the App starts an empty guest save. Cloud deletion runs asynchronously.

Request deletion without the App

Email care@agentiumlabs.com with the subject “Flappy AI account deletion”. Tell us which Google or Apple account you linked, if any. For a guest account, tell us whether you still have access to the installation so we can help identify it.

We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. Never send a password, sign-in token, payment-card number or private key. We will confirm the outcome or explain any information needed to locate your records.

Data covered

Deletion covers your Firebase identity and App-controlled player save, protected wallet and transaction records, benchmark results and run tickets. The in-app flow also resets local progress. An email request cannot remotely erase an offline device; clear app data or uninstall to remove local records.

Purchases and retained records

Deleting your account does not request a store refund. Apple, Google and RevenueCat may retain records under their own policies, and legal, security, dispute or backup records may remain where required.
