These Terms of Service govern your use of Flappy AI and related services provided by Agentium Labs (OPC) Private Limited, operating under the brand name Agentium Labs.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License and Restrictions
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or exploit the App outside this license.
3. Purchases
Enterprise bundle and Founder skin pack are optional one-time purchases processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Your store shows the local price before purchase. Use Restore Purchases in the App to recover eligible purchases with the same store account. Refund requests are handled under the relevant store rules and applicable law. Deleting your game account does not automatically request a refund.
4. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentium Labs (OPC) Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
